VCU Libraries and the Bioinformatics team at the Wright Center for Clinical and Translational Research developed this asynchronous course to introduce and orient you to popular genomic databases made available through the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI).

Our goal is to teach you about the databases, enabling you to choose the best resource, access and navigate that resource, and utilize the information you discover to enhance your genetic research.
