Session 3 Introduction and Objectives

During Session 3, participants will work collaboratively with their division level team, VTSS coaches, and VDOE staff to establish foundational content knowledge related to Implementation Science. Teams will leave with an understanding of Implementation Teams, Decision Support Data Systems, and Usable Innovations, how they relate to their division-level work, and next steps to support appropriate preparation for Session 4.

Learning Intentions:

Participants will...

- Identify key features of the HLPs & EBPs they identified as areas of focus for their divisions.
- Learn about Transformation Zones and apply them to their division practices.
- Develop Practice Profiles related to their identified HLP/EBP.
- Establish structures and processes for Implementation Teams within their divisions as related to their identified HLP/EBP.
